How much room is there after an offer? after 11 years as a project coordinator

I want to negotiate but I am afraid they will withdraw. Any experience at all would help. I have a competing interview next week.

If they say no, consider asking for something else, such as a review in six months.

Most employers expect a short conversation. Mine did not even blink.
