How much room is there after an offer? - 4 months and counting

I received an offer as a barista and I think the pay is a little low. I have read a lot of threads here and could not find my exact situation. The hiring manager was friendly and open.

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It saved me later.

Most employers expect a short conversation. Mine did not even blink.
