How much room is there after an offer? - 4 months and counting

I received an offer as a quality inspector and I think the pay is a little low. Any experience at all would help. The benefits are decent. Did it backfire?

If they say no, consider asking for something else, such as a review in six months.

Most employers expect a short conversation. Mine did not even blink.
