How much room is there after an offer? - 10 months and counting

I received an offer as a production planner and I think the pay is a little low. I do not usually post, so bear with me. The benefits are decent. What wording worked?

If they say no, consider asking for something else, such as a review in six months.

Most employers expect a short conversation. Mine did not even blink.
