How do I handle a long gap on my résumé?, bank teller here

I took time out to care for a family member after working as a bank teller. There are 7 people counting on me, so I am trying to be careful. I am nervous about being filtered out. Did anyone get past it?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it last year, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
