How do I ask for an informational chat?, web developer here

I sent 13 messages on a professional network and got two replies. I have read a lot of threads here and could not find my exact situation. I worry about bothering people. Did any turn into leads?

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It made the follow-up calls so much easier.
