How do I ask for an informational chat?, office manager here

A friend suggested informational chats and I do not know how to ask. I worked as an office manager before this. I worry about bothering people. What did you ask?

Do not apologise for asking. Most people remember someone who helped them.

I asked what they wish they had known at my stage. People enjoy answering that.
