How do I ask for an informational chat? after 11 years as a call-centre agent

I sent 11 messages on a professional network and got two replies. I worked as a call-centre agent before this. I worry about bothering people. How do you phrase the request?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it last year, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
