Going back after 9 months at home - first time posting

I stepped out for 9 months to care for a family member and now want to return. There are 12 people counting on me, so I am trying to be careful. I am unsure how to describe the break.

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it last year, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
