Going back after 7 months at home after 16 years as a store manager

I stepped out for 7 months to care for a family member and now want to return. I am in Tampa, in case local advice matters. I want flexible hours. How did you get back in?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 7 months ago, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
