Going back after 4 months at home - first time posting

I stepped out for 4 months to care for a family member and now want to return. I do not usually post, so bear with me. I want flexible hours. How did you get back in?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 4 months ago, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
