Going back after 4 months at home - first time posting

I used to work as a call-centre agent and I am looking for a part-time role to start. I have read a lot of threads here and could not find my exact situation. I want flexible hours. How did you get back in?

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It saved me later.

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it last year, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
