Going back after 4 months at home

I used to work as an insurance claims processor and I am looking for a part-time role to start. Any experience at all would help. I want flexible hours. How did you get back in?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it last year, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
