Going back after 3 months at home - what worked for you?

I stepped out for 3 months to care for a family member and now want to return. I am in Tulsa, in case local advice matters. I am unsure how to describe the break. How did you get back in?

I began with part-time temp work, which helped me get back into the rhythm.
