Going back after 2 months at home - any advice?

I stepped out for 2 months to care for a family member and now want to return. There are 15 people counting on me, so I am trying to be careful. I want flexible hours. Are there returnship programmes?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 2 months ago, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
