Going back after 2 months at home after 5 years as an administrative assistant

I stepped out for 2 months to care for a family member and now want to return. I have read a lot of threads here and could not find my exact situation. I have been taking an online course. How did you get back in?

I began with part-time temp work, which helped me get back into the rhythm.
