Going back after 14 months at home (update)

I stepped out for 14 months to care for a family member and now want to return. It has been weighing on me all week. I have been taking an online course. Are there returnship programmes?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 14 months ago, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
