Going back after 13 months at home - what worked for you?

I stepped out for 13 months to care for a family member and now want to return. I worked as a security officer before this. I have been taking an online course.

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it last year, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
