Going back after 13 months at home (update)

I stepped out for 13 months to care for a family member and now want to return. Thank you in advance. I am unsure how to describe the break. How did you get back in?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it last year, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.

I began with part-time temp work, which helped me get back into the rhythm.
