Going back after 13 months at home - first time posting

I stepped out for 13 months to care for a family member and now want to return. I have been trying to stay organised about it. I want flexible hours.

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it last year, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
