Going back after 13 months at home - 13 months and counting

I stepped out for 13 months to care for a family member and now want to return. This is my first time dealing with any of this. I am unsure how to describe the break. Are there returnship programmes?

I began with part-time temp work, which helped me get back into the rhythm.
