Going back after 12 months at home after 3 years as a teaching assistant

I am nervous about technology changes while I was away. There are 3 people counting on me, so I am trying to be careful. I am unsure how to describe the break. How did you get back in?

I began with part-time temp work, which helped me get back into the rhythm.
