Going back after 12 months at home - 12 months and counting

I used to work as a copywriter and I am looking for a part-time role to start. I am unsure how to describe the break. Are there returnship programmes?

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It made the follow-up calls so much easier.
