Going back after 11 months at home (Richmond)

I stepped out for 11 months to care for a family member and now want to return. I worked as an IT help-desk technician before this. I have been taking an online course.

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it last year, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
