Going back after 10 months at home - 20 weeks in

I stepped out for 10 months to care for a family member and now want to return. I worked as a recruiter before this. I am unsure how to describe the break. How did you get back in?

I began with part-time temp work, which helped me get back into the rhythm.

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 10 months ago, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
