Contract work or permanent, which would you take? - what worked for you?

I got a contract offer for 3 months as a janitorial supervisor and I am unsure whether to accept. I would rather hear the honest version than the polite one. I have 8 months of savings left. How did you handle benefits?

Ask about extension likelihood and whether the team has hired contractors before.
