Contract work or permanent, which would you take? - what worked for you?

I got a contract offer for 7 months as a marketing coordinator and I am unsure whether to accept. This is my first time dealing with any of this. I would gain recent experience. What would you do?

If savings are low, I would accept and keep applying. You can leave for a permanent role if one appears.
