Contract work or permanent, which would you take? - what worked for you?

I got a contract offer for 13 months as an event coordinator and I am unsure whether to accept. I have been trying to stay organised about it. I would gain recent experience. How did you handle benefits?

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It made the follow-up calls so much easier.

Ask about extension likelihood and whether the team has hired contractors before.
