Contract work or permanent, which would you take? (update)

I got a contract offer for 3 months as an insurance claims processor and I am unsure whether to accept. The contract could extend. How did you handle benefits?

Ask about extension likelihood and whether the team has hired contractors before.

If savings are low, I would accept and keep applying. You can leave for a permanent role if one appears.
