Contract work or permanent, which would you take?, teaching assistant here

Sofia Munoz · 2026-09-11T03:56:14.872Z

I got a contract offer for 14 months as a teaching assistant and I am unsure whether to accept. I do not usually post, so bear with me. I would gain recent experience. Did a contract become permanent?

I took a contract and it converted after four months. The time also kept my skills current.
