Contract work or permanent, which would you take?, social media manager here

The pay is fair but there are no benefits. I would rather hear the honest version than the polite one. The contract could extend. How did you handle benefits?

Buy coverage through the marketplace if the contract has none. I budgeted for it before signing.

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it last year, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
