Contract work or permanent, which would you take? (Sacramento)

Vivek Reyes · 2026-07-15T13:50:31.343Z

The pay is fair but there are no benefits. This is my first time dealing with any of this. I have 5 months of savings left. Did a contract become permanent?

I took a contract and it converted after four months. The time also kept my skills current.
