Contract work or permanent, which would you take? (Oklahoma City)

A permanent role may come up, but the contract starts now. I have been trying to stay organised about it. I have 3 months of savings left. Did a contract become permanent?

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It made the follow-up calls so much easier.
