Contract work or permanent, which would you take?, nurse's aide here

The pay is fair but there are no benefits. I do not usually post, so bear with me. I would gain recent experience. Did a contract become permanent?

If savings are low, I would accept and keep applying. You can leave for a permanent role if one appears.
