Contract work or permanent, which would you take? (Kansas City)

I got a contract offer for 13 months as a marketing coordinator and I am unsure whether to accept. I do not usually post, so bear with me. I have 14 months of savings left.

Ask about extension likelihood and whether the team has hired contractors before.
