Contract work or permanent, which would you take?

I got a contract offer for 18 months as a warehouse supervisor and I am unsure whether to accept. Any experience at all would help. The contract could extend. How did you handle benefits?

If savings are low, I would accept and keep applying. You can leave for a permanent role if one appears.

Ask about extension likelihood and whether the team has hired contractors before.
