Contract work or permanent, which would you take? - any advice?

I got a contract offer for 4 months as a delivery driver and I am unsure whether to accept. The contract could extend. Did a contract become permanent?

Ask about extension likelihood and whether the team has hired contractors before.

Buy coverage through the marketplace if the contract has none. I budgeted for it before signing.
