Contract work or permanent, which would you take? after 6 years as a bank teller

Sam Halvorsen · 2026-06-24T12:25:45.658Z

The pay is fair but there are no benefits. This is my first time dealing with any of this. I have 2 months of savings left. Did a contract become permanent?

Ask about extension likelihood and whether the team has hired contractors before.
