Contract work or permanent, which would you take? after 3 years as a recruiter

I got a contract offer for 3 months as a recruiter and I am unsure whether to accept. I have 12 months of savings left. Did a contract become permanent?

If savings are low, I would accept and keep applying. You can leave for a permanent role if one appears.
