Contract work or permanent, which would you take? after 18 years as a pharmacy technician

Wei Rasmussen · 2026-09-21T06:53:04.591Z

The pay is fair but there are no benefits. Thank you in advance. The contract could extend. Did a contract become permanent?

Buy coverage through the marketplace if the contract has none. I budgeted for it before signing.
