Contract work or permanent, which would you take? after 18 years as a delivery driver

A permanent role may come up, but the contract starts now. I would rather hear the honest version than the polite one. The contract could extend.

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It made the follow-up calls so much easier.

Buy coverage through the marketplace if the contract has none. I budgeted for it before signing.
