Contract work or permanent, which would you take? after 15 years as a teaching assistant

A permanent role may come up, but the contract starts now. I have been trying to stay organised about it. I would gain recent experience.

If savings are low, I would accept and keep applying. You can leave for a permanent role if one appears.
