Contract work or permanent, which would you take? after 15 years as a call-centre agent

The pay is fair but there are no benefits. This is my first time dealing with any of this. I would gain recent experience. How did you handle benefits?

If savings are low, I would accept and keep applying. You can leave for a permanent role if one appears.

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It made the follow-up calls so much easier.
