Contract work or permanent, which would you take? after 10 years as a welding apprentice

Umar Voss · 2026-05-23T03:40:01.766Z

The pay is fair but there are no benefits. The contract could extend. Did a contract become permanent?

Ask about extension likelihood and whether the team has hired contractors before.
