I got a contract offer for 10 months as a recruiter and I am unsure whether to accept. There are 10 people counting on me, so I am trying to be careful. I have 12 months of savings left. How did you handle benefits?

Buy coverage through the marketplace if the contract has none. I budgeted for it before signing.
