Contract work or permanent, which would you take?

I got a contract offer for 11 months as a logistics coordinator and I am unsure whether to accept. I do not usually post, so bear with me. The contract could extend. What would you do?

Ask about extension likelihood and whether the team has hired contractors before.

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it last year, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
