Contract work or permanent, which would you take?

A permanent role may come up, but the contract starts now. I would gain recent experience. How did you handle benefits?

Ask about extension likelihood and whether the team has hired contractors before.

If savings are low, I would accept and keep applying. You can leave for a permanent role if one appears.
