Contract work or permanent, which would you take? - 3 weeks in

The pay is fair but there are no benefits. I have read a lot of threads here and could not find my exact situation. I would gain recent experience. What would you do?

If savings are low, I would accept and keep applying. You can leave for a permanent role if one appears.

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It made the follow-up calls so much easier.
