Contract work or permanent, which would you take? - 3 months and counting

A permanent role may come up, but the contract starts now. I would rather hear the honest version than the polite one. I have 3 months of savings left. Did a contract become permanent?

Ask about extension likelihood and whether the team has hired contractors before.

If savings are low, I would accept and keep applying. You can leave for a permanent role if one appears.
