Contract work or permanent, which would you take? - 21 weeks in

I got a contract offer for 15 months as an insurance claims processor and I am unsure whether to accept. I have read a lot of threads here and could not find my exact situation. I have 2 months of savings left. What would you do?

If savings are low, I would accept and keep applying. You can leave for a permanent role if one appears.
